WE PROVIDE DOT/SAP ASSESSMENTS
What is a DOT/SAP RETURN TO DUTY ASSESSMENT?
When an employee is mandated for a DOT Assessment due to a violation we as
Substance Abuse Professionals (SAPs) can provide the following services:
- We provide the Initial face to face substance abuse evaluation
- We recommend specific treatment or education
- We make referrals/ connections to providers of treatment or education
- We receive information pertaining to compliance of treatment or education
- We complete a follow-up face to face substance abuse evaluation
- We submit two DOT compliant reports
- We make recommendations in regards to return-to-duty test.
- If needed we recommend aftercare services and follow-up testing.
